I am extremely passionate about teaching yoga to children. Yoga and mindfulness can transform children's experience of school and provide a toolkit for life. My classes are fun, lively and provide great exercise for children yet also teach them about mindfulness and learning techniques for mental wellbeing.
Yoga In Your School
Yoga has proven to be beneficial to help children in schools with improved concentration, engagement to physical exercise and helps to calm behaviour.
I offer weekly programmes to support your PE/seasonal topics. We explore movement, affirmations, breathing techniques, and relaxation. All with some Yoga philosophy subtlety weaved in.
I can also provide whole school or individual year group half or full day 'Wellness Days' including yoga, mindfulness and meditation sessions that are tailored to your schools needs and requirements.
