Service Description

Monday 23rd Oct 9.30am - 12pm, Westow House In my fun Kids Yoga club we practice yoga poses and flows, play yoga games, learn about mindfulness as well as exploring seasonal art and craft activities. It promises to be a fun morning for your child and a chance for you to have some time to work or prepare for the half term week ahead. Stay for a coffee downstairs at Westow House or perhaps take up their 'Pub Desking' deal so you can make the most of your time to work. I am a full DBS checked, first aid trained, qualified adult and children's Yoga teacher, and cannot wait to share the joy of yoga with your child.
