Service Description

End your week with a beautiful movement practice that is designed with a deep understanding of the postpartum body that is just for you. Discover how to reconnect to your postpartum body, feel strong and embody joy by focusing on linking your breath with movement to help boost your energy levels, lift your mood, and leave you feeling cool, calm & collected before returning to your families. This class will unravel tension from your week and leave your body simply feeling good and ready for the rest of your weekend. We can then go on to show up for ourselves and our families with greater meaning and intention. No experience of yoga is necessary
