Connect. Breathe. Flow

Hi, I am Tabitha. I am a Vinyasa Flow, Pregnancy, Postnatal, Children's, Family and Chair Yoga teacher living in Crystal Palace.

My intention is to create a welcoming space for you to stop, listen and observe within. To take time out of the day to connect with yourself. To encourage a gentle practice of self-enquiry, self-love and compassion by integrating physical movement with breath awareness.

I will take you through accessible postures, combined with breathing and meditation techniques that will leave you feeling energised and ready for life.

By moving with consideration, tuning in and harmonising the breath with movement we can balance the mind, open the heart and start to feel empowered on and off the mat.

CREATE : art journaling for mothers

CREATE : art journaling for mothers

For pregnant women, birthing people and mothers to come together as a community to explore and express the experience of pregnancy and motherhood through our creativity.

Come if you’re pregnant, with your baby or solo.

We will doodle, draw, collage, color, write and journal together following prompts as we connect and chat with other women in a positive, supportive and welcoming space.

Our society often gives little acknowledgement to the experience of pregnancy, birthing and mothering. It is a huge change for us physically, mentally, hormonally and emotionally. These sessions provide a chance for you to focus on you and to use creative and mindful practices to come home to yourself and help to find your way in this new role.

You can attend during pregnancy or with your babe in arms. Older children are welcome but please bring along toys for them as the activities are not themselves for children. I will provide mats and some toys to entertain young babies while you create.

And of course there will be tea and biscuits. All materials are provided. Just bring yourself and baby.

Children's Yoga

Yoga For All

I am extremely passionate about teaching yoga to children and families. Yoga and mindfulness can transform children's experience of school.

Yoga focuses on the individual physical development of the child and practicing from an early age gives children a toolkit for life in order to cope with the fast paced, achievement based society we live in.

My classes provide a non-competitive environment for children to grow in confidence and self-esteem. We explore movement, affirmations, breathing techniques, and relaxation. All with some Yoga philosophy subtlety weaved in.

If your school or childcare setting would be interested in discussing bringing more Yoga in, then please get in touch. I truly believe that having more yoga in schools has the ability to change our children’s lives through self expression, confidence building, feeling present in the moment and preparing for learning.
