The Journey and The Coming Home
My personal yoga practice has always been about observing the journey of coming home to myself. Taking away everything else and drawing closer to the essence of my true self.
My intention is to create a welcoming space for you to stop, listen and observe within. To take time out of the day to connect with yourself. To encourage a gentle practice of self-enquiry, self-love and compassion by integrating physical movement with breath awareness.
My personal journey into motherhood inspired me to train in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga. It is important to me to encourage and empower women through this remarkable transformation.
