Terms and Conditions

By signing up for a class with Tabitha Owen Yoga you confirm that you agree to the following:

Cancellations must be made via email at least 24 hours in advance of the class time for a full refund. After this time a refund may not be possible.
You will inform the teacher if you are pregnant or less than 12 months post-partum.
It is your responsibility to inform the teacher of any injury or health issues at the start of every class, and you will consult your doctor before commencing any physical activity. You alone are responsible to decide whether to practice yoga.
As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort, you will listen to you body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher.
You accept that Tabitha Owen Yoga is not liable in any way for any injury or damages to the person or property resulting from taking the class, and you waive the right to any claims that you have now or hereafter may have against Tabitha Owen Yoga.

Tabitha Owen Yoga takes your security and privacy very seriously. We do not share any information with third parties, nor do we collect or retain any information other than that necessary for us to provide our services to you.

We collect the following types of information about you: Your name, address, contact telephone number and email address. This data is collected in order to communicate with our clients to send class and workshop confirmations and reminders, class pass purchases and renewals, refunds and cancellations. We also require that some new clients complete a medical screening prior to their first class.
The information gathered on this form is strictly confidential and used solely to inform our teachers of any medical conditions. This information enables our teachers to provide safe alternative options during classes and workshops, and, where necessary, advise clients from undertaking the class/ workshop that they wish to sign up for.
We do not share any information with unrelated third parties, nor do we collect or retain any information other than that required for the provision of our services.
